New Toyota Owner

Just recently got on my hands on a 1987 Toyota P/u Base 2wd.
Its completely stock.
I'd like to add just a little pre-runner look to it.
I'd like to put lift spindles on it and I can not find anything for this truck.
Any guidance would be grateful!
