Last year I bought my 2000 Civic with extremely low miles. Not 4k low but some issues that have come up from low use was a leaking oil pan gasket. Bad and hard transmission oil dipstick that didn't seal. Trans fluid needed to be flushed several times. And a few other small things.

Check rubber stuff and make sure it's not brittle. My Civic had the timing belt replaced with under 40k miles because of the age, not mileage. I would do the same because your timing belt has had such little use.

Look into changing fluids throughout too. You have NO miles on that thing but it is 17 years old so get that stuff taken care of.

I had a red 98 stick. I put a supercharger on it, man it was nice. I love my 2011 but the smaller was fun to drive. two things kill a car, miles and time. I forgot about the timing belt, didn't actually know the 3.4 was a belt. my revised list if it were mine.... undercoat, all fluids (don't forget radiator) and grease... then I would consider timing belt and water pump and I would keep an eye on the brakes and stuff.... don't go broke fixing what isn't broken. in my Tacoma life I have owned a 91, 93, 98, 2001, 2001, 2006 and 2011... I loved them all. enjoy yours, drive it into the ground, it can take the abuse.
