Taco double cab stealth box year 11 and 13

Does anyone know if a jl audio Stealthbox for a 2011 Tacoma double cab with two ten inch subs would fit in a 2013 Tacoma if the plastic molding behind the rear seats is removed. I've heard it will fit if the plastic is removed but I'm looking to see if anyone here has ever done it or known of someone who's done it. Anything would be helpful thank you.

 

I just had a Stealthbox installed. It has a single 10. It's a LOT of bass. Very loud, no distortion. It's powered by a top end JL mini amp, 75x2, 300w sub. Deep bass, maybe not as deep as my old 12" Macdaddy from Diamond Audio, but it sounds soooooo good!

 

It seams the fit depends more on the shape of the storage box than the year, the stealth double fits the straight sided storage but requires cutting out the back. the single fits in the one with curved sides. my 2012 won't take the single so I'm getting the other storage bins.
