More shit then I ever planned on doing
I just put a 3" lift and 33's on my 2015 Tacoma off road. The tires do not rub but are real close to the front body mount. I'm worried about rubbing when my truck gets twisted up. The shop that installed the lift recommends cutting part of the body mount and boxing it in. Has anyone done this And should I be worried about weakening the mounts?

    Here you go buddy:

I see you're new here so I'll first say, Welcome! Also, don't be afraid to search the forum for the info you need. There's tons of useful information on here that will help you out and it might seem daunting at first, but the more you read, the more informed you will be. It's sometimes easier to just ask a question like that but you also open yourself up to some members that are less patient with the new members.
There shouldn't be an issue with doing a cab mount chop (CMC for short). A bunch of guys on here have them and it gets reinforced when you weld in the new piece. As long as it's done correctly and carefully, you shouldn't have any issues. So I say go for it! FYI, theres a few threads on here that show how to do it too. There's your first assignment...
    Again, Welcome to TW!

Very, very common mod here. It's required if you want to be able to clear 33's or larger offroad (or even pulling in a driveway while turning).

Search "body mount chop" or "cab mount chop".

No structural issues with doing it, just make sure they box it back in.

Shouldn't affect warranty for everything except frame or cab mount issues.
