    My truck is a 2013 Tacoma SR% access cab 6 cyl. 4x4.

The passenger side column seat belt adjuster makes an irritating vibrating noise. It appears it is the sliding panel that adjusts up or down when you press the button. I first thought it was the small speaker located just above it but I have scotch taped it and this eliminates the noise. Any suggestions on how to stop this?
