Old Geezer jumpin' in! (Well, maybe steppin')

I hope you young'ins don't mind an old guy lurkin' for a bit. I have never owned a Tacoma, mostly Ford, Chevy, Jeep, GMC. I currently drive a 2012 Wrangler, Sahara, HT 4x4 which has never seen off- road. Over 50 years of owning a 4x4 and I have used that option, maybe...6 times! I just want a daily driver that is fairly comfortable, take care of normal home owner duties, will haul me, wife, and our dog, and still looks cool.

So I am now interested in a 2016 Tacoma, 4x2, access cab, prerunner, sr5, tow pkg.
I joined this forum to learn what I can from you good folks. This is probably the longest post you will ever have to put up with from me. I am on the Central Coast of CA, retired Public Safety, and selling my Wrangler & my Harley to pay for something new. Thanks for listening.

Don't discount a low-mileage used truck. Can save a lot of money. Love my '99.
