2015 Tacoma double cab 4x4. Just greased the drive shaft for the first time and only found 3 zerks, 1 per universal. I've read other posts stating there were 6 zerks. Just want to confirm Toyota changed the design for 2015. Thx>>AJ

There's 5 zerks, 3 on the rear shaft (which you found) and 2 on the front shaft which are in the center of the cross, if you stick you're finger into the joint you'll be able to feel it.
The front joint at the transfer case is a bitch to grease, you just have to move the shaft around until you can get the grease gun on it.

Are there any Tacomas that don't have these zerk fittings? I recently purchased an '05 Prerunner and spent 20 minutes looking for zerk fittings with no luck. I'm fairly mechanically inclined, but not terribly knowledgeable about the Tacoma.

Thanks. That's what I began to assume, but never have found in reading so far. Wanted to make sure I wasn't stupid.
