I've been running a loop around downtown (I'm in a small town..."downtown" is tiny). I started out wearing my shirt while running. It's been so damn hot that my shirt started dripping with sweat, so I decided to run shirtless. So much better. I hate the feeling of having a shirt stick to you like that.

And...it's nice when all the out of town honeys are walking downtown...

Ya ya, I do it shirtless but, haven't progressed to streaking....

    YET

Right on running in town would be cool if it were a little closer (~15 min one way to Oxford).

But the chicks are def grade A, top shelf. I'm sure Ole Miss has something to do with it and if I was younger...

I do that when I'm home in FL...I run a 10k every second day and it's across a long bridge over the Peace River...I noticed people honk at me on the bridge and I was a little confused as to why until I figured it outo_O
Granted - I don't think any of those women are remotely hot, I know the area...there are not a lot of hot women in general

I have to go take a physical for my work insurance today and they said I can't eat for 8 hrs leading up to it...it's at 1 and i HAD to eat breakfast at 8, so I figured 5 hrs won't make that big of a difference....it's probably going to come back saying I'm a damn diabetic or something lol. Bitches trying to restrict my gainz

I just got a job in Apr and my insurance didn't kick in until July, so I had to come get a physical. BP was 112/60, sugar was 77, and protein was low enough to not be fucking up my kidneys, so at least I know 1.2 g per pound of body weight won't kill me! She said they get newbs in there who do 400+g per day and it's destroying their kidneys. The most I've ever done was 250g and it was fine. Kids these days need to lay off the shakes and pick up the weights! I'll get my cholesterol and vitamins/mineral levels next week. Excited to see how having high potassium in my diet does.

My dad's best friend has a house and boat in Mexico beach and we go fish a few times a year. They're really hardcore into it, but we just go because he takes us for free and let's us keep what we want. We usually go about 80 miles out, but they all went on an overnight tournament last weekend and they went all the way to the Louisiana shoreline. Damn that haha

I'm trying to figure out why they want a physical. I thought employers providing coverage were now required to offer it to it's employees...regardless of medical status if your work group is/was included. But, news on the info you got so far man. I got a little kidney/protein education with my rescue pup. His B.U.N. and creatinine are out of wack so he does a special, low protein diet.

Would kill to live on the coast and be able to deep sea/off shore fish without having to drive several hours!

I camped on the Peace River as a teen. I just remember getting almost no sleep...it raining that night, our tent getting flooded, seeing alligators in the river where we were using a rope swing & seeing a couple scorpions by our tent. Oh yeah, swatting mosquitos. It wasn't one of the most enjoyable night camping lol

I sure do - I know the good spots

There's way too much noise to sleep, and gators, snakes, panthers lol...depending on the season it stinks too! I usually kayak down the river into Charlotte harbor and into my parents backyard...depending were I start it takes me a full day

That's from April and in the Muddy Bay area

I love to deep sea fish, but since I'm 5 hrs away, I stick to what's around me, which is bass. I'm lucky enough to be in the only area in the world where shoal bass are, so that's what I mainly go after. Love to large mouth, crappie, and bream fish, as well. Also, I love to hunt anything with a pulse: squirrel, deer, dove, rabbit, turkey, etc.

    Here's some of our adventures:

I think that your rates are dependent on how healthy you are. Folks with high blood pressure and who are generally out of shape gotta pay more...I think.

My company threw a 30th anniversary party tonight and had The Beach Boys come play. They provided food and drinks so of course I ate like a pig. They had sweet water 420 so I had a couple as an ode to Zach falling off the wagon. I usually dont drink on weekdays but it was free. I'll have to make up for it tomorrow. Although, I did get a good arm workout in today and play a round of 18 this morning.

Any AZ guys want to help me out at the gym? I've had it. It have gotten too skinny and look like a tiny girl. :( I need some help with technique and general guidance. I really don't want to have to hire a trainer but willing to if that what it takes. I feel like for the most part I have my life together any this hating what I look like is the only thing hanging over my head and making me miserable which is sad because I live a pretty good life. This time I am ready to make the change in health and eating to get this idea what I would look like after hitting the gym. I work at night time and it has completely ruined my appetite so I am hoping by working out will help bring it back.

I'm not your guy because I'm a newb but, I'm sure someone will give some pointers.

Where are you right now? Are you working out? How's your diet...how much protein are you getting ect??? What are you weighing & tall are you?

I'm kinda in your boat. I consider myself fit but, I lack mass. I just started hitting it hard this past spring.
