Removing warning sticker on interior door panel?

I'm the OP. Thanks guys. The sticker peeled right off with only a speck of residue in the corner where I started to peel it. Hit the whole panel with a bit of Meguiars vinyl cleaner. Looks the way a new truck should look. I attached the sticker to the outside of the owners manual. Now I don't need to read the manual.

 

....minus the hideous, unnecessary sticker that he has read and understands.

It obviously bothers some people. I'm not sure why it matters whether or not someone else takes it off their own truck?

 

I like to use tape or the sticker itself, and repeatedly stick and pull if off at the area where the residue is. As one part of the tape/sticker gets dirty, shift to another clean section and keep going until it's gone. The adhesive on the tape/sticker will usually stick to the adhesive that was left behind and pull it off, leaving none. Works almost every time.

 

I just bought the pre-runner instead so no such sticker... LOL...
