Yep pretty much the same here. You can scrape it off but it pretty much always frosts back up in short time.

Right on thanks for the order! I've got you on the list. Unfortunately you just missed the early kit cut off but I'll be working on these so that hopefully there shouldn't be much of a delay even for the people further down on the list

Perfect, glad to hear it arrived already... I received a few delivery notices today. That would be great if you can post once you have it installed

Ah cool, are you doing your own or having someone do the retrofit for you? I've been happy with the output on mine. I see you are way up at the top of the list for early September.

Also @barros1389 & @mario barricelli I was just informed that the replacement relays shipped out yesterday (finally). I should have them in about a week. Your kits are done, just waiting on the specialty relays so I can get them shipped out!

I'm interested in a kit, but will need to look in the truck first to decide what configuration. Tagging the thread and will update tomorrow.

Sounds good. With a Off Road you may already have your switch blanks full in the left of steering position.

    Oh and nice avatar :D

I do indeed. :( I guess I'll have to go the under-AC route. I forgot to close the garage and look at the console lights, but I believe the default (stock) color is amber, so I'll take that with the 5 min timer.

And thanks - Britney was smokin at one point in her life. :D

I noticed a lot of people going with the 15 minute timer. We don't get much ice in GA, but we do get a ton of condensation (1000% humidity here). I figured 5 minutes would be enough, but wondering if I should change to 15. Any recommendation?

One nice thing about the Under the AC option is it is adjustable. If you need to adjust the time there is a small turn screw at the back of the relay. It is capable of a heat cycle of all the way up to 30 minutes if you wanted or as little as 1 second lol.

If you want I can adjust it to any amount of time between 1-30 minutes before shipping it out. As I said though it is also very easy to adjust later if you want a little more or less time.

Would you be interested in selling just the harness? I can get the switch and mirrors wholesale from my friendly local Toyota dealer

That could be done, although you may want to double check with your friend on pricing... Even at wholesale you may be above my cost. I checked with toyota here in canada on the cost and even in bulk quantities they couldn't come close to the cost I'm buying for in the US. It's a shame really.
