Used bolts??

    I just got a used brush guard. Is it safe to reuse the old bolts?

    The bolts would most likely be okay, but it is probably worth getting replacements. If the bolts don't have any rust or noticeable wear, I'd say they would serve their purpose. I just like having the satisfactory of knowing that the new bolts have less of a chance of getting damaged. It's not like bolts cost over $100 or anything, so it's really up to you.

    Myself Most times I use new bolts only because I just go to the bolt bin and get them.

    If they are not rounded or stripped go for it you should be fine.

    Here in Pa rust is a fact off life after one winter.
