Mine is STEEL!!! Great for smashing things..... trees, rocks, shopping carts, prius, hipsters, frat boys, women on their cell phone while driving, etc.

I don't believe Billy does aluminum at all. I might be wrong but I don't think he has time to deal with another metal. :p

So I came across brute force fab on TW and heard nothing but good things from billy. When I had searched brute force fab I noticed his shop was 40min away from me :) which is a huge +. I called billy and left him a voicemail and he got back to me. I was asking for a quote to a rear high clearance with swing out and asked if I can meet him at his shop later that day and talk more. I showed up and its just him and a buddy of his who is part time, yes JUST HIM knocking out these sweet bumpers. We spoke about bumpers, builds, suspension, camping, you know...what the typical TW members talk about :) and then we got back to business about the bumper I had in mind and options. Later that afternoon he called me and confirmed the options I wanted and quoted me a price. I agreed and the next day I put in my deposit. When billy installs the finished product I will be sure to update with a picture and another review.

I'm trying to install my brute force hybrid bumper but I can't figure out where this piece goes.

Those go on the inside of the frame when you pop out that plastic cap for the bumper reinforcement brackets.

Paid for mine today, hi clearance rear bumper with rota pax mount swing out tire holder and doing a hidden winch mount behind the license plate :) said 6 to 8 weeks since he's never had anyone ask to have a winch mount behind the license plate. Super stoked to see the final result
