The video of markus ruhl in the grocery store is hilarious. After shopping he then he walks outside and lights up a cigarette. Lmao.

Yeah. It might be good for a light weight cardio thing, but at medium to high weight, I could see a knee exploding!

Not like an injury would affect his playing time, anyway lol

Realy not that dangerous if done slightyly diffrent. All thats realy doing is mimicking a weighted squat jump, just taking some of the impact off because he doesnt have all the weight/gravity crashing down on him as hard because the angle that machine is working at. Its gona strengthen explosive power in the squat leading to improved jumping. With that being said he seems to be in his toes so hes just as at risk as if he were doing regular squat jumps in his toes, probably even less. Gona focus the quads more but not gona he as powerfull or as stable. Iv worked with basketball players to improve their vertical, id love to have one of thoes machines to be honest lol

I don't think the words 'squat' and 'jump' are meant to be paired together

I decided to lift freeweights out back of my house instead of go to the air conditioned gym today. It felt so good to sweat it out and push myself like I used to a few years back. That and I don't have to smell everybody's protein farts, share equipment, etc

I think I'm going to switch it up more. Gym half the time, free weights at home half the time.
