    First!!! ha.

While everyone can use lights in this type of hobby to begin with whether it be to light the trails or roads here is why I would love to be a lucky recipient. Since I had first gotten my truck I loved how the stock bumper looked but then TacomaWorld did its thing..I saw build after build with steel front bumpers and the 3 headlight hoops. Every time I saw a picture I had to contemplate buying one. Well come ten months of owning the truck, Pelfreybilt was doing a thanksgiving special that I impulsively jumped on. Now I am rocking a three hoop Pelfreybilt front bumper with no fogs to fill the holes. While my truck stands out and looks unique around my area with just the bumper, these fogs would finish it out and make my factory switch useful again. They'd make a great addition to my lighting with the retrofits I have already done, and could be used for setting up camp in the evening or night wheeling. I'd just love to get some fog lights finally :taco:

So i finally returned from the WABDR and have to say I had a blast!!!! Can't wait to have another offroad trip. After being on this big trip I really could use some lights for helping in the dust and setting up camp later in the evening since I am still rocking a ground tent. Really would love to add your product to the truck and show others how great they can be. I know Baja makes conversions for motorcycles and everyone raves about how great they are. I know baja would be great to add on my truck.

Love your lights Baja Designs! I have a rack with 5 LaPaz HID's up on my roof and man are they lighting the way out in the desert! I just bought a trailer to turn my long travel truck into a family base camp puller. I was looking at your Squadrons to mount up to provide plenty of light around the camp area. They will pull double duty mounted on my beg cage for dust lights when driving around (one of my rigid dullays no longer work). Oh I'm local so you don't need to ship to me :fingerscrossed:

Oh sweet, Ill try some writing!

My Tacoma first started off a very stock unmodified vehicle. That was until the hands of TacomaWorld showed all of the potential possibilities that my Tacoma could attain. I first started off with the small things just to scratch the mod bug. Things like the satoshi grill, and some retrofit headlights. I ran my Tacoma that way for awhile until i came across a thread on here that showcased all the 1st gen steel bumpers that the vendors on here made. After looking long and hard and deciding what I wanted, I went with a Relentless Fabrication front and rear bumper! The wait was long, but very worth it. During the seven month wait I went ahead and ordered my Old Man Emu lift kit in preparation for all the heavy bumpers going on. Installing that lift kit was an enjoyable experience and I definitely learned a lot! Then came my bumpers, surprisingly they were finished and arrived to my house the same day. I painted and installed them and I was extremely happy with the new look! Then the mods slowed down again until recently I just put on new tires and rims which I believe really changed the appearance for the better!

Now, the only thing left that I really want to do to my truck is to make it to light it up! I believe these Squadron Sport lights will definitely achieve this for me. I would plan on using them to fill the spots in my bumper where the pods would go and i think they would look great!

I currently have all the ORTAWA switches and Paranoid fab switch plate, now I just need the lights to complete everything ;)

    Thanks,

    Troy

Thanks for giving us the option to win some awesome products!

My truck was my grandfather's before mine and he kept it completely stock. That was originally my plan (like so many others before me) until this site came into my life. Now I can't stop thinking of new ideas for it.

I've always wanted some Baja lights. I think your style is so much better looking than other LED companies. However, I could never afford them all too well. I've been saving up for some squadrons to replace my fog lights since I got my new bumper. I wanted some Bajas because my current lightbar is a similar style.

    Here it is currently.

I think that Squadron pods in amber would look great in my fog light location or white would look great on my hinge brackets. Now I'm getting ahead of myself. I'll have to order a pair even if I win so that my ditch lights will match my fogs now won't I?

The amber covers would match my new headlights going in soon!

So come on. Let me see if the hype that I have built up for your lights in my head is accurate. I've always seen the end of this project with a lot of Baja lights on it. Let's get it started!

Well thanks to BAJA DESIGNS for such an awesome promo.

When I first spoke with the guys from BAJA at Overland Expo, I knew there was a difference in lighting and they are at the top.

    So...
Where could I use these and why. Well for starters, I would want these up on the A-pillar where they could be seen. What a fantastic looking light. These would not only greatly increase vision but also lesson the nag factor being told I'm going to fast, or slow down its too dark or where are we, etc etc. Additionally, being made with reliable CREE brand LEDs, I know they'll be dependable and use minimal power. That means I could even use them to simply light the camp during a late night setup. Seems that's now becoming the norm as work or school always has me leaving as the sun is setting.

    Thanks again.

    @Baja Designs
for one I'm sorry for the terrible post but I'm terrible when it comes to writing. I highly doubt I'll win this for that reason alone but Im giving this a shot.
I bought my truck exactly 1 year ago tomorrow and have done so much to it already. My plan is 13 years from now this truck will go to my son. I have another boy on the way due in november and have a lot of work to do on the truck. I have recently installed some light brakets by the hood that these lights would be a perfect fit for. I showed these to my 3 year old and he told me I have to get them to put on his truck. So now I have 2 options to win this giveaway or to buy them when I don't win. Either way these lights have to go on the truck because he wants them. My build up on the truck is dedicated to him and everything I do is based on partially his decitions. That being said thank you for your time and this wonderful opportunity. Baja Designs lights I have drooled about since buying my first truck and you will be getting my business regardless of this give away in the near future. Thank you for your customer appreciation and your patronage. MERICA!:oldglory:IMAG1048.jpg

Ok! I thought I would give this a try in hopes I finally win a giveaway ever in my life! :)
With that being said, it would be amazing to win these because I think they would look kickass on my new (soon to come) valance bumper! Plus, what better answer to give someone after they ask where I got them from? ;-) eh eh!?

Hahahaha just kidding I actually think Bailey is the coolest one at BD, and that's why I really want these.

without further ado here is my 2008 Toyota Tacoma... Being built by yours truly!

Why should I win you ask? I want to be an "Enlightened Pre-Runner!" I currently have (4) Baja Designs La Paz HIDs on the roof of my 2000 Tacoma and need some auxiliary lighting that I can use for when the light rack is too much. I will put these lights on display for all to see in the SoCal desert and while cruising all over San Diego. I have a set of Rigid Dually driving lights that I will gladly take off my truck and give away to anyone you decide if I win these lights. Please make my Toyota pre-runner a Baja Designs ride. -Matthew

I could sure use a pair!
My Kragen-Chinese HIDs just could not handle the punishment of the roads in Baja! The plastic housing cracks on the roads around Coco's Corner and south of L.A. Bay... going to Pancho's at San Rafael.
My stepson, (Josh at Stewart's Raceworks), repaired them with fiberglass at home. That worked until a couple more Baja trips! There can't be too many Baja trips, right?
I love light technology! Began with quartz iodine (halogen) and a Cibie Super Oscar, back in 1974. Got those cheap HIDs from Kragen when they came out about 7 years ago? Got some metal Hella 4000 pencil beams, and converted them from halogen to HID. Added the repaired Kragens alongside for the wider, Euro/driving beam. One broke again, so I stuck my Super Oscar lamp in its place (all metal, like the Hellas)... now the other Kragen HID broke last week in Baja!
A pair of Baja Designs LED lamps with driving/ wide pattern lens would be perfect... I think!?

Can Baja Designs stand up to the punishment of Baja!!?? Let me test a pair where the Kragen and Cibie lamps are now! I will even let you replace the two Hellas with your La Paz HIDs or some other LED lamps and provide lots of photo exposure for your brand here and on the Baja Nomad forums! ;)

I'm not much of a writer at all and my truck is not nearly as built up as much as some of the others on here. I am just getting into the whole lighting craze and I have posted some questions in your scratch and dent thread. I would love a set of these because 1st off I see and understand the difference between yours and other lights on the market and 2nd because my factory fogs need to be replaced anyways. I got stuck while wheeling and the fogs were submarined under 2" of mucky water and they filled up with that junk. The 3rd reason I would like to have a set is the most important, they just seem awesome!

    As for pictures, I'm not sure what you would want;
    Clean Poser?

    Dirty Poser?

    Wheeling?

Right before I got stuck in that muck?

Thanks for taking the time to look and hope you consider me

I believe I've seen your truck cruising around the San Marcos area. Certainly draws lots of attention! Looks sweet

All pictures are welcome! Nice to see a truck being used the way it was built to be.
