Nothing unsafe about them at all, just gota make sure your still keeping good squat form. Try a set after ur last squat set, either do em with airsquats, or light like with an empty barbell theyll burn your legs like crazzy. Alot of oly lifters do em stupid heavy but do them off blocks when they get that heavy

I'm a work out at home only cat. My local gyms are not exactly next to my house and sharing/waiting for machines etc...not really for me. My shit's in the garage which is not heated or cooled. Our heat index has been 105 to 115 the past several weeks with actual air temps around 100. I also to my XC run at the house on some 4-wheeler trails. I like doing all of it around the house...get to run with the pups and shower immediately.

I mean I get it, and it's a hell of a workout. I used to do stuff like that on the Super Cat in high school. Really helps with explosiveness and jumping. Which is why, at 5'8" I used to be able to at least grab the rim on a 10 foot goal (thought I was a badass for that in high school).

And with someone like Tebow, I'm sure it's a really safe exercise. But, you get one of those in and Average Joe gym and that's a hyperextended knee/torn ACL, MCL, PCL all day. One wrong move and you're fucked.

Now, I'm gonna ghey it up some.

Seriously though - no homo - your professional guesses of where I'm at BF% wise. I've got another week of this cut then it's time to get busy getting up to 175 lbs

Also, super cat, in case someone doesn't know what it is:

I used to ride a ton back in college when I lived off some trails and could easily get on and off. I was a strong biker then but 0 upper body strength as I didn't lift at all until after I graduated. I actually just decided this week it was time to get back on. It's probably been closer to 3 years since I've been on it. I was thinking the same thing that now that I've gotten stronger it will bring my bike game up

Just rode 20.19 miles in 1:28:13 on trails around my neighborhood. My quads were burning on the hills. Pretty good ride for the first time in over 3 years. My bike needs some TLC though. I gave it a quick tune up before I took off but it needs some more tweaking. Hopefully I can get on it a couple times a week :bikewhoops:

I used to ride Umstead state park but that was when I could ride to it from my house on my bike or I could toss it on my 4Runner and go. I sold the 4Runner and stopped riding when I moved away from the trail head(3ish years ago). Now that I have my taco(since April) I can load up and go again:thumbsup:

Today I rode the Neuse River Trail. It was mostly paved, but I just wanted to get my legs under me on some distance

Broke down and paid for the last month of the gym membership before school starts. I am glad I didn't pay for the full summer since I had little to no time to workout. I talked my boss into letting me have some wiggle room as to when I show up so I can hit the gym in the morn.

To help I picked up Six Star pre from Wally world. I figured at $15 for 30 servings it couldn't hurt to try it. Should do the trick to relieve me of some morning grogginess until I get into a schedule.

Be careful with those stims, chronic high blood pressure is no bueno. That and the Left ventricular hypertrophy that goes with it.

Get some True Athlete - can't beat it. It's only .27/serving. I usually can't get through a hole container before it starts going stale on me bc it last so long. I've tried others and this is the only one I keep going back to.

    http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/p/true...-watermelon-262-g-powder/vs-6027#.VbuvaLNVhBc

It's on sale (BOGO 1/2 off...so that would be like .23/serving if you buy 2 containers) and free shipping if you don't have a vitamin shoppe in your area.

    DO IT
