Can anyone confirm other options I'm not thinking of?

Black TRD Sport 4x4 Short Bed - Push Button Start is Standard?
Black - color keyed mirrors, bumpers & door handles.
JBL Premium Sound System w/ Nav.
    Sun Roof
    Hood Scoop
Tow Package - I think that's standard now.
    Leather???

*She hasn't mentioned any kind of down payment to place the order as of yet.

I don't think you can get push button start on a manual. I'd get a manual, but it's your $.

Not in the tacomas but in the scions (when I worked for Toyota) came with push buttons with manual, so they may do it with Tacoma. I think it would be a waste of $$$

Only seen one image of the manual and it is standard key. I like push button start but it wouldn't be a deal breaker for me either way. It's just a different way to start your truck.

Shouldn't the dealer know what options/packages they are selling? Oh wait...

The don't have the style of side steps I like so I've got those covered assuming what's
    out will fit.

Still unsure about the Tonneau Cover look and also how much they'd charge for it. So far I've
given her everything in the list above.

The tonneau cover is going to be cheaper than buying it from bakflip.

I've ordered mine 2 weeks ago and I'm sure if you want push button start and leather seats...you gotta go for the "limited" version....

My dealership can put leather in everything through a third-party, and they include it in the warranty. Have you checked that route? That's how I'm getting leather on my TDR Sport.

They already have it for 2016, or are they custom fitting them? I am assuming katzskin?

Not sure yet. Seats come in a kit, and the installer puts them in. I'll know more by September.

Dealers will do anything you want them to. All it takes is money.

Anyone who wants to do any mods, ask dealers for their prices, but seriously shop around.
My dealer will install katzkin after market, but I can get the materials and do it myself and save $800. That's with two tone leather and embroidered seat backs. Something Toyota will only do for increased cost. I could probably get someone to install everything for much cheaper than Toyota. Plus warranty is only going to cover it for the first 3 years or 35K unless you upgrade the warranty. Not really a selling point for me. Heated seats are rarely going to bust under warranty and leather is never going to need to be covered under a Toyota warranty.

Really shop around. It's not shocker dealers rip you off.

Push button start is standard on this package, leather is a Limited only option right now but the
dealer has a firm they work with and like others have said, if you've got the cash they'll do what
    ever you like.

Anyone have an opinion on the JBL vs. the En-tune? The one we're discussing has every other option
I want excluding the En-tune. I'm not even sure what my 2011 TRD Sport has, there are no markings
    anywhere that I can see.

Entune is an application and entertainment suite. JBL is the sound system itself. You can get neither, either, or both.

    I went both.
