ARB vs 2003 Honda civic. Granny stopped in turn lane ahead of me exiting highway (had a dedicated turn lane...but I guess she wanted to stop anyway). I stopped 4" past her trunk lid. $1900 damage to her Honda...my only damage was a bent license plate.

Got any pics? Glad to hear you didn't take damage but I assume you were at fault for her stupidity?? At least that's how it works in MD...

Sorry if this is a little gruesome.. but sadly i get to chime in on this post, thankfully i just had installed a Demello 3hoop on my tacoma.. last night I had the terrible luck of encountering two large black cows crossing the main high way... didn't see them as it was pitch black out and they were crossing right after an over pass... my right front tagged the rear of the first cow, and my driver side front hit dead on into the second cows head/chest/and belly... got off to the side of the road before two other cars slammed into the now cow carcass in the middle of the highway.. one van hit it and ended in the ditch totalled... the second car literally launched off the cow and got about 4' of air... that one was undrivable as well... thankfully for our new demello bumper we are safe with no injuries... the cops believe had we not had the plate bumper, things would have panned out a whole lot different... that the cow would have probably crushed the whole front end and possibly came through the window.. and as you can see in the pics, all we have is a broken head light and some fenders needing replaced... Demello truly makes an amazing product and now has my complete trust in their product.. 20150731_003714.jpg20150731_145206.jpg 20150731_010329.jpg20150731_010352.jpg

No, they didn't. The bumper didnt really budge at all.. so it never came in contact with the sensors. Honestly im glad they didnt. The lady in one of the other cars was only hurt from her air bag deploying.

Haha we were tempted! But we just got steaks and hamburger meat just to make up for it!
