Cr series 18w bottom mount. Six LEDs per. One set spot the other flood. I bought em on here for what I thought was a good price, like $50 or $60 a set. But then the other day I looked on Amazon and they're fuckin $20 on there!!

Exactly!! That's why I brought up that their ultra slim bar 48" is the same friggin price as their 6"!?!? $69 lol idk.....True Avec bars are Chinese though so even if they're knockoffs I hate to say it but are pry compairable in quality.

I'd say forget AVEC and go with another brand.

OKLED is a good brand although they sell China bars the customer service is what counts in that case! If you have the coin go for rigid or Baja designs or heretic studio.

Got my 48 inch from Amazon, it is a combo, 12 floods, 24 spots in the center and then another 12 floods. Have not hooked it up yet, probably won't install for awhile but I will test it straight off the battery.

not branded so far as I can tell, but none of my Avec lights have been. I have a 19 inch SL bar in combo, a set of regular flood pods and a set of spot pods that were the 3d or higher end series, whatever they were called....

So here is my experience with them and it might explain it. I ordered 2 amber pods. for some reason I received 2- 6" light bars. Well I kept them. After the first rain, 1 got moisture in it. I called and they wanted me to drive all the way down there. I didn't like it but they said thats the only way they could warranty it. I drove all the way down there. When I got home and opened the box, it had the wrong light bar. it was REAL cheap looking and not branded. I called and their exact words were "we must have given you the cheap version of our bars."

I guess they have 2 versions. way? I have no idea but seems shady.

I've been trying to get another light warrantied but I have given up on them

I'm no fan of Avec or of Mike when he was there, nothing but headaches. That said the headlights I bought and didn't like they warranted. I had to ride them like a pony but I got my money back. I'm willing to toss $59 to Amazon for a light bar, if it doesn't suck then great, if it does then I can return it through Amazon.

If anyone else cares to throw away some Avec or other light bars lmk, I am looking for some different reflectors for my SL.....
