I have already put about 1200 miles on mine since I drive it to work everyday and I drove it to pismo beach like two weeks ago which is about 200 miles away but it still smells new love driving it . It handled the dunes pretty well for being stock

Hey Justin, I'm really liking that glare shield. How is the wind noise with it installed?
I'm planning on running a Front Runner Slimline 2 rack with a wind deflector and a 40" single row Rigid Industries light bar.

The wind noise actually improved over having just the light bar itself, I haven't taken any measures to quiet it down, (like 3M foam tape) but overall i would say 20-30% quieter... different setups and mounting positions are going to completely change your results though, so I cant say anything for sure.

Thanks. I understand each application will yield different results but I will definitely consider this glare shield when I have everything up and running.

I know it's just a little ol RC, but it's still the right color. Seeing I've whored out my truck pics in some other threads, why not here too?image.jpgimage.jpg image.jpg

I think RC's look great. Almost bought one a couple of years ago but the 4x4's available around me only had auto and I wanted a manual. I bought a 1st gen instead.

Nothing like rowing thru the gears. I couldn't imagine driving it as an auto. It would lose its luster for me for sure.

AFE Intake JET MAF JBA Black Powder coated headers Borla Exhaust Raizin Battery Monitor Grounding Kit More to come....I just bought it today! Geesh!
So I sold my 03 4Runner Sport 4.0 V6 2WD with 196K mils on it, on Saturday the 25th, I bought my FIRST ever Tacoma on Monday the 27th, and it looked like this :
    IMG_1149_1e9ea7fecaf08c9f625b9ff9d8a7450a2896b535.jpg

Then I went all around SOCAL getting my rims and tires, (BTW I have the stock TRD Sport rims for sale if anyone is interested.)
    20150730_153307.jpg
Then today I had the exhaust shop put my JBA Black ceramic coated shorty headers, adjust the Y pipe, and instal magnaflow exhaust in it. She sounds so purrrrrdy!

    20150731_142702.jpg
Already have the CAI with JET MAF sensor.
    20150731_142721.jpg
    20150731_142728.jpg

So, got the infamous grounding kit to install(tomorrow SAT AUG 1st), and for you nay sayers out there, I put it in my 350Z back in 03 and it "felt" like a difference, butt dyno tested and approved, but the grounding kit goes to more than the throttle body.

Possibly a bluetooth stereo shortly. Leveling kit later in the month. And I think that does it for a while, until fully paid off. then I'll go Fox 2.5s and a big brake kit. Call it a day.
