20's for 16's?

Well I finally found a decently priced set of replacement tires for my truck. The only problem is I am not sure if I want to drop down to 16" rims.

The tires on my truck right now are too big for any functional use besides picking up beer and groceries. And are holding me back from completing other mods.

Here are the two sets of tires. Let me know what you think, should I spring for them or stick with what I got for another season.
