    Looks like they were either cut back or replaced with aftermarket ones that allow greater clearance for big tires up front. Matte black painted it appears.

    For 37's its not necessarily about lift but how you can cut up your truck to clear. 3" or 6" lift still need to chop chop to actually fit..
