I haven't done my emblem but I did the grill insert around it (it was like gun metal and I made it black). The emblem pops off super easy. I took it off and sprayed. So if I was to do the emblem, I would take it off and do it. It's just 3 tabs that hold it on.

In my case, the grill was already off bc I was swapping it with an old one. But no, you can reach the back side of the grill if you pop the hood.

Best way to clean plasti dip? I've washed mine and when it dries it still has mud stains and whatnot. Not a big deal, just wanted to see if there were any easy/quick ways

Did you try tire shine? Plasti dip is rubber. Tire is rubber. Should clean it right up.

They pop right out with a flathead. Easily pop back in, no issues.

Not a bad idea but that would really attract dust. I may give it a try though

How did you get the unpainted chrome rim? Taped it off? Or did it while peeling?

I just taped it off. I did 4 quick coats in succession and peeled off the tape. There is one small flaw as you might be able to see on the right bottom, I think.

Well I blacked them out to see how I liked them. I also did all of the badges.
    Thoughts?
