For those that upgraded their nonNav Entune to an Entune Premium with Nav

I just received my Entune Premium Nav unit from FLTrucks ... When trying to set up my entune account it asks for VIN ... when I type in my VIN it says my vehicle not App suite capable and I can't proceed any further ... How did you people get around this?

I did the Entunes nav retrofit in my truck and I had the same issue with the VIN and app suite. Ive since given up on trying to make it work.

Ill be watching this thread just in case though

 

gonna call entune customer service tomorrow ... I'll let you know what they say

 

all you need is a vin from a toyota that has/had entune
