Have you eliminated the knock sensor as the problem? How's about the injectors? Did you look at the plugs and compare them to one another? Are the plugs in the correct heat range?

I have not. But I am sure it's not them anymore. I am sure they are working

    No clue about injectors.

Plugs are the denso ik22 ones everyone recommends. I pulled cyl 4 and 6. Number 6 was white. Iirc. It was late at night when I looked and was a little concerned.

If I lived here I would do a water meth and maybe a colder t stat. Probably the trd 160 instead of the stant 170.

Before I went this route, I'd test the stuff the error code is telling me is wrong.

Great weekend exploring the Eastern Sierras. Made our way up to Funnel Lake.

    52AA7117-F693-4DF8-B600-583D6DBBB394_zps_ddcdd239c3cca8050aef019c20bf959abd8d0ba6.jpg

The elevation was a factor in our sleep patterns. My wife and I both didn't like the headaches. However, we totally loved the location and the remoteness. Funnel lake appears to be a destination for the folks of gun persuasions as the entire shoreline of the lake is coated with casings of all sizes. Please, if you love your guns and you love your mountains, treat them equally.

There were lots of atv's out there. Met a fella with a fully outfitted FJ cruiser. Nice guy(name was nick I believe) and super cool setup.

We explored a lot and found most of the lakes are no longer. Our dogs loved the dry lake beds as they thought they had their own private race track to tear around. Coyote Creek was running but was low.

The trails are all pretty easy going. Lots of high elevation ash/sand and some granite. The last mile to Funnel Lake is rocky but nothing that requires any type of armour.

We didn't see much of wildlife but at night the coyotes were active.

OMFG, our package going to Colorado is back east again! Twice to Colorado (where it's supposed to go) and twice to Pennsylvania. WTF! It's Groundhog Day all over again!

    ...too much shit to list.
Have you checked the gap on the plugs?
Checked the knock sensor harness and plug for fraying/corrosion?

Wow that's bad!!! We recently had a Fed Ex shipment of two identical boxes (servers) from Dell in Texas, one came to us via Arizona, so-cal, etc. The other went to Tennessee first then back across the nation to us?!?! Don't really get how that would happen. o_O
