    Day 1 at the gym. That was depressing. Greatly underestimated how weak I am even though i have a some what physical job . Pretty sure a Jr high girl might be stronger then I. Fuck. :(

    Also I need help with squats. Don't really get the form even after watching people.

    Watch the Layne Norton video above; he's like the Bill Nye of the fitness world. When I do squats, my main focuses are on keeping my feet planted, my ass poked out so that my back doesn't hump, and my head up and eyes forward...it's sort of like a golf swing: it's a lot of shit to remember, but with practice, it'll come second-nature.

    Did legs yesterday. There's been this big truck-driver dude coming in maybe once a month, or so; he's probably like 45-50 years old, 6'6" and I think he said he was from Puerto Rico (speaks really broken English). Anyway, dude is strong as fuck. I was spotting him on bench yesterday and he did 315 20 times! Then he stood up.....I bet his squat max is probably 185...I don't see how his legs didn't snap in half; it was the most disproportionate shit I've ever seen! I'm gonna try to take a pic if he's in there today. I will never understand these fools.

    Also, I switched the ol' diet up a little. I was getting burnt out on ravioli and, according to myfitnesspal, my fiber was low (28g), so I threw in some split peas and a salad to fill me up a little better in the middle of the day so that I don't eat junk.

    New #'s: 2181 cals, 164 g pro, 240 g carbs, 67 g fat

    1. 4 whole eggs, 1 serving Honey Nut cheerios, Greek yogurt, banana
    2. split peas, salad (1 cup spinach, 1 tbsp. ranch, 1 serving green olives, 2 tbsp. croutons), 8 oz. Naked Juice
    3. sandwich (2 slices whole wheat bread, 3 slices ham, 2 slices cheese, 1 tbsp. mayo, mustard, pickles), 16 oz. Low Sodium Spicy Hot V8
    4. shake (1 scoop banana creme ON, 1 cup skim milk, 1/2 frozen banana)
    5. 3 grilled chicken tenders or 2 salmon fillets (I switch every other night), fiber bar

    That and TSN are the only two that do anything for me. I think everyone reacts to stuff differently because all the reviews for BSN Vortex say it's insane, but I get nothing out of it. Same with NO Explode and ON's Pre. Assault and TSN get me going, though. I will say, on days I've forgotten mine, I've been taking 2 scoops of C4 because that's what out gym carries and it gets me going; it just sucks that I have to use 2 scoops. Also, the blue razz flavor is AMAZING, too...tastes just like cotton candy

    All this is omitting Finaflex Stmul8....I really want someone to try it just so I'm not the only one who thinks it's fucking insane. It's like some Walter White shit
