my brand new taco got busted up today with all that hail, sent in a claim with the insurance but theres about 20-30 small dents all over the hood and roof. Pretttttttty pissed off about it

 

That sucks, sorry to see that.

 

Looks like my car. I filed a claim but no word yet on what I'm covered for. Let me know how you make out

 

Ouch, that damage looks tough. I don't know how my wife's car managed to survive without any damage. It was in one of the really bad areas and was parked outside, doesn't look like there's a dent on it when I checked this morning. I'll have to look it over again in the sunlight tonight but I think she got lucky.

 

That sucks, hopefully insurance fixes it for you. That is what insurance is for.

Saw your truck a few weeks ago when I was fishing the canal. In a parking lot near that funky rectangular rotary.

 

To you guys that got hail damage... Have the roof checked on your house. A few years ago we had a similar hail storm that dented up the cars pretty bad (luckily I was at work a few towns away and didn't have any damage to my vehicle). Not too long after I had a roofer look at the roof and there were spots in the shingles where the hail damaged them - it looked like someone took a ball pein hammer and wacked the shingles removing the stones from the top of the shingles where the hail impacted them. Long story short, I wound up with a new roof.

 

I was in my garage when hailstorm rolled through last week. Steel roof with no insulation, and it's 28'x32'
God that was loud. I went and hid in my (insulated) workshop and closed the door to save my hearing.

 

Is this anyone on here or knows this person? Came back from work to find him parked next to me. Was in a commuter lot.

What up guys. Havnt been on here in a while. Hows everyone doing? That storm was pretty nuts the other day. We had hail in portsmouth that was about half the size of my iphone come down in chuncks. Luckliy my truck was in my shops garage while i was doing some wiring.

 

Also just finished up my last project for a while. SOS custom rear bumper with exhaust tubes welded in. Finished painting it and mounting it yesterday. Took it to lous custom exhaust today so he could re-route the exhaust to the tubes. Couldnt be happier with it.
