So im finally getting around to swapping out my old e locker axle to on current my truck. Been sitting for 2 years in my shed..

Q #1: where can I find a wiring kit that bypasses from having to put a new ecu in my truck? does anyone make a wiring kit? or is it easy to make one? The e locker has the facrory wiring harness that connected to the part where the portioning valve is for the rear brakes all rest that went all the way to the cab i did take out.

Q #2: Is there a easy way to manually engage and disengage the locker?

    Thanks

Make sure to seal all the seams on the actuator. It's also a good idea to pull it apart and clean/lube the moving parts.
Well sealed they are very reliable.

Procedure for actuator R&R. Pay attention to pinion/rack gear indexing and preload.

Here are pics. I'm horrible at reading the diagram... I'm sure if I was explained the diagram better I would get it.

Here are the pics of the axle and connections.

ok so what im figuring out is that the switch is hooked up for a lock position and when the diff locks you put the switch to "None" and then when disengaging the dif you flip the switch opposite of what you had to engage. also the only plugs off the diff im using are the 5 pin connector and the 2 pin (2 pin is black and white)

so i got a problem. i got it to lock... but now it just shorts out and blows fuses. So i went and took off the ground leads (white/Black) with them off i put the fuse on. now when i touch the ground it shorts. but the other ground when i touch it doesnt short. im super confused and pissed off... i wish i knew someone who can come look at it.... i really think it has something to do with the switch.
