Really happy with how the hidden solenoid turned out and happy with the remote plug in the bumper.

Just joined the forum, here is the only decent picture of my Tacoma that I can find right now. Using it to pick up new wheels/tires for my Jeep.

Welcome, Great choice on tires for the Jeep, I was up in the air on those but they were just too heavy for what I need.

They're fantastic tires for playing in the rocks. I'll be looking for the tire section on the forum to find a good street tire for the Taco.

I ended up with the BFG AT KO2 in a load range C cause they are only 45 lbs and they so far are a great tire.

The MT/R are a load range E only at 55 lbs. and I feel the BFG will be a better all around tire for 90% highway that I do.

Haha they're a bit too big for the Taco (35x12.50r15) plus they'll get more use on the Jeep. I've had some Goodyear Forterras on it since 2009 and it's almost time to swap em out, I'm leaning towards the MichelinLTX M/S 2 for it this time.

Sad news. The bumper reinforcement bar is rusted into the original bumper so badly that I can't remove it, and the bumper that I bought (just realized now) didn't come with a reinforcement bar. So, I have to wait until Aug 12th for the bar to ship in.

Here are some pics of the nasty original.

I'm from Duluth, MN. Plus the bumper is a POS, you probably don't want it. :) I see that your taco description says "1998," I'm looking at your recessed head lights and I'm wondering... Is it actually a 95-97? Not trying to be a dick, just genuinely curious!

My bad. Thought you were getting a new front bumper.

And yes, my truck is a 1998 but I swapped the front end look to a 95-97 because it's the most badass looking of the eras.
