I was linked to this site a few days ago. This is a really clean setup that I really like.
I'm still undecided on a direction. I live in AZ and approach angle is huge out here in our washes.

I'm going to sub here unless you have another vendor pages?

If you look at the install instructions that 20" would have to be moved. The winch takes up a lot of space.

You don't cut any steel off of the frame. You only cut some plastic from the lower part of the bumper cover. The install docs are here: https://www.usoffroad.us/store/docs/taco-12-install.pdf

It's a very straight forward install.

As far as lights, keep in mind that LED lights are deep and most are over 3" tall...but not all. These are setup for the 2" dually style lights like these http://usoffroad.us/store/2inch-led-light

Some 4" lights will fit as well. The attached photo is NRish here on the forums.

Oops... too many things going on at once. Thanks, fixed.

Yes, you cut off the factory recovery loop. I thought you meant you had to alter the frame in some way to mount this, which you do not. The loop is certainly redundant since you have shackle mount/recovery points up front on the bumper. This was discussed in depth with members here during development and the consensus for several reasons was to remove it. It's a quick and simple process with a 4" grinder and cutoff disc (about $25 total from Harbor Freight etal).

4" angle grinders: Cut off discs: If you have the passenger side recovery point it bolts on so you only have to cut one loop.

    Yes,
Instead of winch opening, can I have a receiver hitch in its place?

We don't offer it that way, not really what it is designed for however one of our customers did it on his own like this:

You can do whatever you want but it would be much easier to cut the loop which is about half worthless compared to the shackle mounts on the bumper.

Yes sir... and thank you for your business! Will ship tomorrow, tracking email to follow.

Actually we are fine tuning CAD right now and need one more test fit. Our move to the new building got our production schedule borked a bit. Will be later this month IF all goes well.

FedEx ground does not show as a shipping option for me. Also, where do I enter code? I'm located in Oregon.

Eta: I see where to enter code but shipping option is only UPS.

Just pick UPS ground, it will come FedEx regardless. Coupon code can be entered at the last part of checkout.

Ok thanks. I remember seeing it somewhere before but couldn't remember. If it doesn't work I might just have to make it work. I've been wanting one of these bumpers since I got my truck
