I have a 2015 Tacoma with the JBL and Navigation radio. I wirelessly listen to the music on my iPhone 5 all the time. My son has a 2011 with JBL with no navigation but he does use his iPhone 6 to listen to his iPhone music. "He uses a cable to do it." He can use Bluetooth to wirelessly use his iPhone for cell phone conversations.. Does anyone know if he can listen to his iPhone music without a cable using Bluetooth. Thanks.

As far as I know you can't stream in the 2011's with Bluetooth. At least I never could figure out how to do it in mine. BT in the 2011's was really just got phone calls.

Yeah, I've never been able to get it to stream music. Too bad somebody hasn't found a fix for this!

That's what I thought. It just seems funny that you can send phone conversations to the radio speakers but not music. I thought that sound was sound. I wish some of the audio experts on here could tell us how to do it.

We could have the person calling us put their phone up to a speaker playing music. That's as far as my audio expertise goes.
