Does any know if an aftermarket replacement exist for the plastic engine cover? I would like something with a little more "POP" since it's the first and most obvious thing you see when you open the hood. Maybe something with a large TRD logo?

    Thanks,
    Randy

DUPE!! :smack: I will chalk my stupidity up to the small pic on my phone.

Seriously though, did not know you could supercharge a taco; aftermarket or factory?

The super charger is OEM, but it's an additional $4-5k depending on the dealer. Toyota just discontinued the super charger, so the fit kits for them are hard to find. There is however an aftermarket super charger made by URD (Underdog Racing Development).

Just disregard the fact that you can put an SC on a Tacoma. Because once you know that it will always be lingering in the back of your mind.
