Did an oil change today and when I finished and started up the truck - No RPMs... the needle is stuck at zero.

The tach is stock.. all the other gauges seem to be functioning fine. I have 99,400 on the truck and there is an afternarket remote starter on it.

I read some of the other threads that showed up on a search but none of them seemed to get a clear fix. Check fuses.. (prob not my problem since everything else is working?), follow the wire but I'm not sure where it originates.

Before i remove the instrument cluster I have this nagging feeling its under the hood somewhere since thats where i was tooling around.

    Any suggestions?
