Best option for 17ft canoe

I have a 2014 taco double cab with 6 ft bed. I have oem factory rack. Canoe is 17 ft aluminum Grumman, weight 85lbs. I do not have a cap and do not want one. I was thinking of adding yakima system to oem and putting in yakima bed rack. Need trailer hitch for atvs. I searched past discussions but this canoe is big and aluminum (meaning I probably going to scratch my truck). Yakima stuff seems a little $ but you usually get what you pay for. Also considered the old pressure homemade wood rack. This is my backwoods fishing boat so the roads are usually fun and nasty.
