Radio / Dash Face

Any idea on the best place to find the facing for my OEM radio? The insert on the bottom where the hazard lights /clock goes has been broken. The screws that hold the Hazard Light console to the radio face are missing and are missing because the plastic that they screw into has been busted. I am also missing two of the 10mm screws that hold the whole unit in securely.

Just purchased this recently and am guessing the prev. owner had upgraded his stereo but put the stock radio back in before trading. Radio works fine for me and not looking to replace the whole unit, which is all I seem to be able to find online. Thanks!
