Future 3rd Gen Owner

Hey TacomaWorld:

Y'all are awesome. I've contacted multiple dealers in my area (one of the largest cities in the U.S.) about the 2016 Tacoma and consistently receive either a) incorrect information or b) the "We don't have any information, you're just going to have to wait" answer. But in the meantime, I've spent hours on TacomaWorld looking at pics of the 3rd Gen and reading info that y'all put up. Great stuff.

A little about me, I've always enjoyed being outside. Fishing is at the top of my list of things I like to do. But now that I'm in the work-a-day world, I need a vehicle that can serve as a daily commuter and weekend warrior. Everything the 2016 Tacoma is said to have checks the boxes, and I've always been a huge Tacoma fan throughout the years. Never owned one, but looking forward to joining the ranks soon.

It's nice to see other folks getting excited about the new trucks!

There's a lot of great information on this forum. I'm looking forward to a 2016!! It's on my list in the coming year. I've read sooo much here, I've googled a lot... and yet, I'm still confused about what exactly the truck will have or won't have. The only upside - It'll be much sweeter than my 07 ( 2016 will be NEW and have all sorts of new stuff that my current truck doesn't have).

I'm excited!
