Headlight question

I'm having an issue with my headlights on my 02 Tacoma. The headlights are coming on after the truck is turned off. The lights will be in the off position, and after I turn it off they will come back on. If I hop in, I can turn the key over, and the lights will turn off, until i turn them back on. I un-hooked the battery and they will turn off obviously, but once i connect the battery again they are turning right back on .

Anyone had this problem before?

Do you have an alarm installed? If so - what is it, and is it exhibiting any odd symptoms?

Do you have DRL's (daytime running lights)? If so - are they working correctly?

 

I don't have either DRL or and alliance system installed.
