    What makes you think the vehicles are being vandalized (intentional damage) vs just getting dents from careless slobs in parking situations?

    Walking around SF visiting once, I saw more dings on vehicles than most anywhere I'd ever been. Especially in resi areas with uber narrow parking sideways on hills.

    If you park on a sideways pitch (one side of vehicle fair amount higher than other) the vehicle above you will tend to have their door on that side fall open from gravity. Any chance that's happening?
