    When I had kids in rear-facing car seats, in my double cab, it was the recline angle of the front seat that interfered more so than how far up or back the seat was adjusted. I'm not super tall (5'10" with shortish legs) but more importantly I like driving upright rather than reclined. So I had no problems.

    I have a britax bsafe 35 rear facing. I put it in the middle, I feel its the safest. It's very tight and the driver seat is right against the infant seat. I'm 5'10
