looking for a additional 1"or 2" of additional lift

    I am looking to get a little higher i would like a additional 1 or 2 inches more up front. I currently have rancho rs9000xL quick lift front and rear with 2" block's in the rear the truck currently sits about 1" higher on the stock "3" leaf spring pack. Any input on the best way of achieving those extra 1-2" would be great thanks.
