Actually I met them through work (I work at a gun shop), we retail their suppressors for them. And to be honest I decided to buy one after I shot one, before that I was gonna get a stand alone by them.

My next two cans will be a stand alone .22 and a .458 socom can (and by coincidence my 45-70) both from T&J tactical in radford, va

And their integrated mkiiis are cheaper than any others that I found online (I would still get theirs anyways though), it's running me 850 and tax stamp because mine has a nice duracoat job and replaceable grip panels. The base one starts at 750

Fair enough. Wasn't being critical, just curious.

No worries, I get the question a lot. Anther reason is that I'm gonna be moving out of the area when I finish school and a good stand alone can is fairly easy to located while an integrated gun can be a bit more difficult

Gents, I was looking at a holster to handle optics and can. Tandem Kross came up as a design that I like and am familiar with (I've used in military HRP and training). https://www.tandemkross.com/BlackDog-Ruger-MK-Series-Red-Dot-Scoped-Holster-HIGH-RIDE_p_87.html It states that there are buckmark users that use the holster (although it's designed for a ruger), but wanted to know if anyone here might have actual knowledge.

Looking at submitting a form 1 for something like this.
    http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_6_20/4...___56k_beware__or_even_2mb_like_me______.html

    anybody have thoughts/input?

I'm gonna look into my options of getting some inconel or high quality SS and access to a lathe to make the blast baffle.

I'm thinking of just getting thread protectors and making a direct thread on can instead of a threaded muzzle brake.

I want the suppressor for my 6.8, 5.56 and eventually I want to get a mossberg MVP patrol 308 and use it with that.

I also found this on silencer talk forum, gives me some ideas was far as size and spacing of baffles.

Anyone threaded a Ruger 77/44 and put a can on it? Seems like it would be a great hog/deer thumper. Or maybe a 44 lever gun?

I'd like to see a lever with a suppressor attached. I wonder how the Magnum 44 fairs as a subsonic load?

It should do nicely. Opens you up to >250 grain loads and lots of bullets designed to expand at subsonic velocities. Could load 44 special for it too. I don't know why a major bullet maker hasn't released a 200 gr 300 BLK bullet with a thin jacket and a nice big exposed lead hollow point, but I'm tired of waiting.

Actually I do know why - because people would gripe that it didn't work in ARs, and AAC's attempts to introduce bolt guns and single shots have failed terribly, so there's no perceived market for a bullet similar to a conventional protected point pistol bullet seen so often in 357/44 Mag that would expand reliably at slow speed.

Ruger has introduced a bolt 300 BLK, I'd like to pick one up but a bolt 308 has higher priority.

Decided my first suppressor purchase will be for a rimfire, I need to choose a host now, the only rimfire that I own is an old 22 revolver, I could get a Marlin model 60 for very cheap (Possibly free) but with the front sight so close to the muzzle, no threaded barrel, and tube fed it doesn't sound like my best option.

I'm thinking bolt gun, but I'm not sure, if I went with 10/22 I would suppress it and possibly SBR it.

    Thoughts?

Nice I been wanting to suppress my 40s. Looked at lone wolf and storm lake just haven't pulled trigger yet.
