Does anyone know if the tundra 4wd selector can be mod'd into our 2012+ tacomas? I have been searching for the solution to our non-illuminated switches with little success. Any help is appreciated.

i always lawled at wanting a lit 4wd switch.

It should be very easy for you to find by feel, and you are only able to switch to 4hi at speed.... 4 lo you need to be stopped and then its even easier to find as you can concentrate on finding it.

Thanks Capt obvious. Do you think I haven't driven my own truck before today doing just what you suggest. It's worth it to me and apparently a lot of other folks to simply look directly at the switch instead of fumbling around for it in the dark.

Nah, I'm in a pretty good mood today. It's okay if other people find my questions amusing. But that doesn't mean they should treat me like I'm retarded.
