I have a 2001 tacoma 2.7L 4 cylinder truck that's at 133,000 miles roughly. I'm thinking about changing the oil to a synthetic blend...bad idea? or should i just stay with conventional oil ? like i've been doing. Just worried that the synthetic blend may expose some leaks that weren't there when using conventional oil.

Just use a High Mileage Semi-Synthetic Blend.
