ABS/ Brake light???

Hi all, just drove home from dinner and on the way home, the abs light and brake light came on. I turned off the truck and they both turned off and did not come back on the entire way home?

Anything to be worried about? Can I retrieve the codes it threw even thought the lights are not on?

2008 TRD Off road with camburg UCA's and CO's and rear Dakars with 1 overload removed. Have had the front for over 3 year and Dakars for about 8 months. So I don't think it has anything to do with the lift because it's been so long with no problems.

 

May be your master cyl, check brake/clutch reservoir and driver side floor mat. Mines been leaking for over a year, praying it wont go out. It's a pita to fix.

 

Check and make sure your bulbs aren't out (brake lights)

These trucks abs light will turn on if the bulbs are out

 

Just checked brake lights and all 3 work. Just check master cyl and all 4 wheel sensors for possible damage and everything looks spotless. No leaks on mast cyl. No leak inside under dash at pedal. Sensors look fine. And fluid is just under max...

Any other suggestions? The lights also are both currently off. They haven't turned back in since the I restarted after they came on.

 

Any brake master mechanics out there! Lol
