Are installation instructions available?

When I click the "INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS" on your website, I get no instructions.

 

Hey Chad, I'm a bit conflicted I really want the Cargo Basket and the XRXS bars but the shipping seems to be almost as much as the basket alone. Thats what kills me, do you recommend any other types of cross bars I can use that I might be able to pick up locally?
