Does anybody know the parts and hardware required to remove a K&N and throttle body spacer and return to stock, and where I can get them?

No experience here (with either K&N or TB spacers), but I'll chime in anyway.

Can't you just look at a stock 3.4 and compare to yours? The missing pieces should be very obvious.
If you don't have access to a similar truck, there are likely many photos of the engine bay on forums
all over the internet, including TW, and maybe Youtube.

I don't think the spacer replaces any parts, you should be able to remove it. Might need a new stock gasket.

I just don't want it any more, as it was already installed from the PO.

I know I will need the oem air box. I don't know where to get a stock air hose though. Nobody seems to sell one.
I also didnt know if there were any other gaskets or brackets I would need.

for tbs youl need the shorter studs/bolts and new gasket (I would just leave it there as its not really hurting anything) for stock intake youl just need airbox and the tube that runs to it. The box has the brackets holding it down molded into it and all the vacuum/air lines should be the same.

Those part #s are golden. I looked for someone selling the complete air box setup on and off for about two years and just recently found someone local selling it. The airbox was easy to find aftermarket, but the hose and resonators I couldn't find. Finding a complete stock airbox assembly still might be the cheapest option. They come up for sale on TW every now and then and get picked up fast (often about $100 for the complete setup). I had a K&N CAI from a previous owner (not throttle body spacer though) and the swap over to the stock setup was very easy. I sold the K&N for $100. It is so easy to slide a new paper air filter in the stock box instead of the hassle of washing the filter, letting it dry, and oiling the filter. Less chance of fouling the MAF too. My truck seems more responsive at lower throttle/RPMs and doesn't make a racket when I get on it. It is amazing how much sound comes off a CAI at higher RPMs. My stereo bass seems like it picked up few dB now that it doesn't have as much competition from the motor.
