Can I safely ground 400 watts ( 4 bulbs, 100 watts each) to studs that hold the aluminum bumper to the steel frame?

I am going to have the nuts off those studs anyway to mount my new N-fab light bar. I got some ring terminals and some 10ga laying around...

10ga is good for 30amps so you should be fine grounding each light. the stud is also probally fine, but generally i look for a existing threaded hole in the frame and use that. also make sure you ground from the body/frame to the battery is also up to the task
