I know there are a lot of tire threads but could't find much on the KO2s for 1st gen. I currently have some pro comp tires that need to be replaced and am looking at either the KO2 or MT MTZ. I know the KO2 will likely run better on the highway (from reading reviews) where I spend 90%+ of my driving time but I like a more aggressive look for my truck. Truck is lifted 2.5" and I am running 285/75/16 tires. I have a decent deals on both tires so cost isn't the real driver - but didn't love the look of the original KO.

I was finally able to see some KO2s in person last night. Much more aggressive looking that original KO. Thanks for the response. I should be putting the KO2s on this week and will post a picture when done.

Np. They are a lot better in person and there 20% better all around than the old KOs (so they say). I've ran KM2s, Dynapro ATms, Duratracs and the ST Maxx. So far I'm loving the KO2s.

I've had the KO2s in 285s since November. Absolutely love them. They ride just as good on the road as the original KOs. Haven't been offroad in them but they are a beast in the snow. Tackled 8" of snow with no problem. Even more fun with traction control off.
