    Hi,
My wife and I will be relocating from NC to OH. We have a king mattress, and I was wondering if anyone has hauled one in their Long Bed. If anyone has some tips from experiences and pictures that would help a lot. I'm not sure if it can be done, just wanted some feedback from others. Thanks for the help
    Danny

I've moved Queens and Kings. Make sure you have plastic. You can either wedge it in at an angle, and have the edge stick out the passenger side 5 feet up, or lay it down flat across the top of the bed if you're good at tying down.

I went with the diagonal myself, as I was alone and only have one pair of hands to use in tying it down.

I recently moved a queen sized mattress across town, by laying it horizontally across the bed using KBVooDoo's Bed Cross Bars. No sagging, and worked great! And you can still use the truck bed for other items.

That's exactly how I did it when we moved last summer.
