During a heavy rain, I had water leaking out from the top screw area on the driver's side grab handle.

Anyone else had this problem? Suggestions?

'08 DC SR5 TRD with a roof rack.

    Thanks guys.

I thought it might be the roof rack too but it never leaked before.

Then I went through 2 windshields and now it leaks.

I wonder if it's coming in through the windshield somewhere?

generally if it comes in around the windshield than your floor would be getting wet aswell b/c it would run straight down the piller and down the rocker...the handle sits a little too far back for it to be from the windshield in my opinion but anything can happen i guess. best bet would be to just pull back the headliner a bit in that area and run a hose over the roof from back to front so it catches your windshield aswell and see where the water is coming from.

Have your glass company do a smoke test. They pump synthetic smoke in and pressurize the passenger cabin and see where it comes out.

    No mods whatsoever!
I had the same thing on my Tundra and it was the windshield.
