Nice. I just did the same setup. Let me know how it goes! My driver front just began squeaking a couple days ago.

Wasn't parked on a level surface by any means but my rear and front (with 884X) all averaged out at 24" hub to fender.

I had my OME kit installed a few days ago, with 885's in the front and Dakars in the rear. The lift gave me just shy of 3" in the front and 3" in the rear. I little more than I was planning for, but I'm thinking it may settle down a bit. I also added Daystar cradles to allow me to keep my Firestone RideRite air bags in the rear. I'm assuming I won't need those much anymore, maybe just when towing. I must say, I'm glad I went all the way and went with this lift. It rides incredibly well, nice a firm but not bouncy. Very pleased with the looks and performance.

Sell the bags. Dakars take a lot of weight and handle it well, but you have to remember that the rest of your truck wasn't designed to haul and tow what a full-size can. A tongue weight that used to max out your stock leafs won't do much to those Dakars.

Awesome, I might remove both, would that really affect flex or load capacity without sagging much? And I'm assuming that would probably get me an inch less in the back, which would be fine by me

Removing the third will get you a little more flex. I'd leave an overload just in case you decide to haul or tow.

So I'd be fine with removing the upper overload and the 3rd down from the top correct?

That's on @OZ-T question. He'll probably be online after he gets some syrup in his veins.

stuff and things that make it better
@muddog67 CS046RA is for the drivers side and CS046RB is for the passenger side. The only difference between the two is the "A" leafs have a couple mm's of higher arch to compensate for the taco lean. Also, that Amazon ad reads like it's only for one spring, the price kind of reflects that also, I'd contact the seller and make sure.

This comes back to my " why do people buy Dakars that don't haul or carry constant loads "

Yes you can remove both , yes it will improve flex , yes you will lose height , yes you will lose load carrying ability

This answers the whys for me personally.
    • Price compared to other packs
    • Versatility of packs
    • The packs design (can easily modify packs as needed)

I had the AP standards and did not like the on road ride at all, to me they were noticeably stiffer than the Dakars. Off road they were good over the big bumps (where they shined), but not the little stuff like washboard roads. Kids hatted going for rides so I sold them and went with the Dakars. I immediately noticed the difference in ride quality, but didn't like the flex over the big bumps as much. Ditched the longer overload and couldn't be happier with them now. Again just super easy to modify them.

Deavers tend to flatten out pretty quick, so not a huge fan, at least not anymore
Alcans are good packs, but expensive.

I don't currently carry constant loads but I will in the near future. A 110 pound roof top tent in the bed along with a full size spare, so about 180 pounds total. Not that much weight but still. If I could go back and buy leaf packs again I probably would've gone All pro expedition though. Thanks for your help!
